OS X Yosemite Public Beta 6 Released

OS X Yosemite Public Beta 6 released by Apple to give a test trail version to all those who are currently the registered developers of Apple Developer Program. As we all expected, that Apple will release next public beta of OS X Yosemite as they already provided the OS X Yosemite Public Beta 5,  and now the OS X Yosemite Public Beta 6 for all those who are running the  OS X pre-release version.

Probably it comes along with improvements provided in OS X Yosemite GM Candidate 3, which was unveiled a couple of day back. The beta 1 of OS X Yosemite beta 1 released by Apple at WWDC 2014 Keynote with some new features like new iCloud Drive integration, improved Notification Center, Mail Drop etc.

OS X Yosemite Public Beta 6 Released

Requirements to install OS X Yosemite public beta on your Mac:

  • You have already installed OS X Mavericks 10.9 or later
  • Minimum 2GB RAM
  • Minimum 8GB free disk space

This new version can be get through Software Update on those Mac machines which is already running the earlier version of the software.

The public version of OS X Yosemite, which will possibly launch in next coming event which will be held at Town Hall in Cupertino. Right now, Apple doesn’t putting any significant changes or features, rather giving some more refinement to the software to make completely ready for end-user.
