On 30 September Apple seeded OS X Yosemite GM candidate 1.0 for developers along with public beta 4, and now Apple seeds OS X Yosemite GM candidate 3 to developers who already have access to this software. This new version can be get through Software Update on those Mac machines which is already running the earlier version of the software.
This new version arrives just two days after the release of OS X Yosemite GM Candidate 2 together with a 5th Public Beta in Apple’s OS X Beta Seed Program.
Apple Seeds OS X Yosemite GM Candidate 3 To Developers
OS X Yosemite Developer Preview is available for following Macs:
- iMac (Mid 2007 or newer)
- MacBook Air (Late 2008 or newer)
- MacBook (Late 2008 Aluminum, or Early 2009 or newer)
- Mac mini (Early 2009 or newer)
- MacBook Pro (Mid/Late 2007 or newer)
- Mac Pro (Early 2008 or newer)
- Xserve (Early 2009)
The public version of OS X Yosemite, which will possibly launch late next week when the company holds its special event at Town Hall in Cupertino. Right now, Apple doesn’t putting any significant changes or features, rather giving some more refinement to the software to make completely ready for end-user, although the registered developers are able to download and test this new OS X Yosemite GM candidate 3.
