But in this case things are different as Saurik himself mention that there is a “massive internal changes” made to this new version 0.9.6000 to become compatible with latest Pangu 9 solution.
saurik states that new Cydia Substrate v0.9.6000 comes with considerable changes to allow it to be compatible with the Pangu’s iOS 9 – iOS 9.0.2 jailbreak.
Cydia Substrate 0.9.6000 has made massive internal changes to be compatible with the latest jailbreak for iOS 9 from Pangu.
As we recommend before getting this update you need to disable pass-code and Touch ID as it is required during reboots which causing the issue for jailbreak.
This is wonderful news as it means that many of us won’t need to wait around for jailbreak apps or tweaks to be effective on iOS 9. Still the Cydia developers will require to upgrade their jailbreak tweaks for making them compatible with iOS 9 or later.
