This new test beta 8 of OS X El Capitan beta is arrived just after two weeks of 7th beta was showcased for developers. Furthermore it’s not clear that what new features are added, but more or less this 8th test beta and 6th Public Beta matches the 7th test beta which was seeded on August 19, which shows that there will be no big change other than some sort of behind-the-scenes tweaks, stability and performance improvements. This 8th beta carries build 15A279b.

The OS X El Capitan beta 6th public beta is arrived just after two weeks of 5th public beta. The registered developers can test the beta updates only, while the public betas are available to public for free.
