If you are having the activation issues, chances are that you have updated to iOS 7 beta through the Restore Option, instead of Update option from iTunes. By now I assume that you have successfully downgraded to iOS 6 and Backup your device. Now you need to update back to iOS 7 beta.

Step 1: Connect your device to PC and  Open iTunes.

Step 2: Now under the device options,

  • If you’re on Mac: Hold the Alt+Option key and then click the Update button in iTunes.
  • If you’re on Windows: Hold down the Shift key on your keyboard and hit the Update button in iTunes.

Step 3: Now navigate to the folder, where you have saved your iOS 7 beta file and select it.

Now leave everything to iTunes, which should do it without any errors and your iPhone will be updated to iOS 7 beta version without any activation errors.
