Today the long awaited untethered jailbreak was released for iPhone 3GS, iPhone 4, and iPod Touch 4G owners, but with a little catch that kept the iPhone 4 GSM customers from finishing the untethered jailbreak and sent them into a reboot loop.
iH8sn0w was fast to put out some work around techniques that fix it for some, but there were still some problems along the way, as you have seen in the previous article about Untethered Jailbreak for iOS 6.1.3-6.1.5. But iH8sn0w and winocm lastly got out a fix and the program is now on Cydia after about 12 time of debugging the problem.
By following the below given instruction you can get this untethered jailbreak, directly from iH8sn0ws blog:-
Either via RedSn0w or Sn0wbreeze, have a tethered jailbreak.
Step 1: Go to Cydia.
Step 2: After opening Cydia click on Changes tab, in the footer.
Step 3: Now press the Refresh button in the top of the left corner.
Step 4: Perform a search for p0sixspwn after Reloading Data. (Where O is zero)
Step 5: Tab Install.
Done! You’re now untethered.
If you already have a tethered jailbroken device, the procedure is easy to understand. But if you do not, the jailbreaking procedure is not so difficult, either. Here is a full video guide of the whole process if you would like to follow to the video:-
