- Download and extract Odin3 v3.09.
- Download and Install Samsung USB drivers .
- Download and extract firmware file.
Steps To Un-Root Samsung Galaxy Note 4
Step No 1:- First of all fully wipe your Galaxy Note 4 to meet a neat installation.
Step No 2:- Now launch Odin3.exe.
Step No 3:- Put your Galaxy Note 4 in download mode. To do so, turn it off and wait for 10 seconds. Turn it on by pressing and holding Volume Down + Home Button + Power Key simultaneously, You should see a warning, press Volume Up to continue.
Step No 4:- Install Samsung USB drivers before connecting.
Step No 5:- Plug your Galaxy Note 4 to your PC or Laptop.
Step No 6:- If the Samsung USB drivers are properly installed, the ID:COM box should turn blue once the Odin detects your device.
Step No 7:- If you are using Odin 3.09, click on the AP tab and if using Odin 3.07 then you will select “PDA” tab. Browse and choose the firmware.tar.md5 or firmware.tar, which you have already downloaded and extracted above.
Step No 8:- Make sure that Auto Reboot and F. Reset Time options are checked in Odin and others are unchecked.
Step No 9:- Start the flashing process by clicking on the Start Button and allow some time till the firmware flashing is complete. Once the process is completed, your device will be restarted.
Step No 10:- Disconnect your Galaxy Note 4 from PC and wait for the device to reboot. Enjoy the new firmware after rebooting.
