Sicarius cydia is an awesome latest jailbreak tweak that enhances multitasking in iOS 7. It’s multitasking switcher will enables you to respiring your device and close all apps at once. Sicarius is a free tweak developed by Dany Lisiansky and is available in the ModMyi repo, Dany Lisiansky has also developed tweaks like AttacherPro and CCControls which was just released in Cydia today.
It’s main feature is to adds a 3D card animation when scrolling through the killing apps or app preview cards. This tweak has many features like you can select to allow the 3D impact by default, or you can remove certain applications from the kill all option when you scroll.
The user can disable or enable the 3D view, as the tweak adds a preference pane to the Settings app.
