B. Download Required Files

1. Download Safestrap Recovery APK and save it to your Desktop.

C. CWM Recovery Installation on the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 (AT&T) with Locked Bootloader

Step No 1:- First connect your Samsung Galaxy Note 3 to computer via the USB cable.

Step No 2:- Now copy the Safestrap Recovery APK, which you have downloaded from the above link, from your Desktop to the root of your SD card.
