The developer Hacx says that tweak performs much more better then the other Cydia tweaks declaring to do the same thing, because Volume Amplifier actually amplify your audio stream instead of modifying a configuration file.
The tweak is very simple and easy to use, you just need to install it and it starts working.
After the volume of your iPhone hits the 100% level via speaker, you can then continue to increase the volume by pressing the side volume button on your device to boost the volume even more.
When you exceed the standard 100% level of volume, a colored amplifier indicator can be seen at bottom and top of the volume level indicator. Also the tweak shows the percentage of volume that is amplified, on top of the volume button. You can achieve a highest possible amplification of volume of about 200% using this tweak.
